Yap it does, but how you the Indonesian Embassy what is required to do reounce of the citizenship. As usual the Indonesian Embassy never pick up calls and never reply their email only even on the website have all that details 😑😑

Hi, I got my to-do list from the Notary Public when I changed my name. The details they need should be the same, because I just renounced my citizen in Nov 2015. If you wish to double confirm, you may visit the embassy.
